Your Mission
Be part of a global SAP team delivering Quality Management (QM) solutions in regulated industries, with a strong focus on integration with LIMS systems (e.g., LabVantage). You will ensure end-to-end quality processes are robust, compliant, and fully integrated with laboratory operations.
️ What You’ll Do
Lead workshops to capture and refine QM and laboratory integration requirements
Design and configure SAP QM processes in S/4HANA
Drive integration between SAP QM and LIMS (e.g., LabVantage)
Support inspection processes, quality notifications, and batch management
Analyze and optimize quality processes across logistics and production
Define and document Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces (APIs, IDocs, middleware)
Support data migration and master data governance for quality processes
Lead or support testing cycles (UAT, integration, validation) in regulated environments
What You Bring
3–5+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on SAP QM
Proven experience in S/4HANA QM configuration and implementation
Hands-on experience with LabVantage or LIMS integration
Strong knowledge of inspection management, quality notifications, and batch management
Understanding of integration with EWM, PP, MM
Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Life Sciences, Food)
Familiarity with validation processes (GxP) is a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
