We are seeking a Business Technical Services Analyst with experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, as well as previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include establishing positive relationships with clients, evaluating their business requirements, and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
The role also involves converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications, maintaining knowledge of critical business impact issues, and participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project.
This position requires a strong understanding of how to identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk, as well as the ability to revise project/development work plans as needed.
* Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, and previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
