Project Manager Opportunity
* Job Description:
* As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from planning through execution and completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
* Partnering closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
* Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and adjusting plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitating working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Supporting prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improving delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Tracking and reporting on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
* Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus, but not required.
