Integration Engineer - Weve built an AI-powered platform designed by clinicians, for clinicians, to simplify administrative workflows and improve patient outcomes. By combining clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology, were revolutionizing healthcare operations with responsible AI. Were growing rapidly and are backed by world-class investors including Sequoia, New Enterprise Associates NEA, and Neo along with notable angels including the founders of DeepMind, Google AI, and Inflection AI. Anterior is improving the experience of healthcare for everyone. Were working on the cutting edge of using technology to make clinical decision-making frictionless. Were building exciting tech for huge customers and we trust in the foundations: keep it simple, build strong foundations, and the rest will follow. The TeamAt Anterior, engineers share a strong sense of product and solve meaningful problems that simplify healthcare workflows. We collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions guided by best practices and modular design. Were building a dedicated deployments team focused on deploying our platform into large US enterprise healthcare environments. This team works closely with customers and our core platform engineers to ensure seamless, reliable integrations into complex payer systems of record. About YouYou have a passion for doing things The Right Way, you believe Less is More, you want to focus on the foundations of system design and architecture (pacelc, consistency guarantees), you care as much about the code you do not write, youre tired of the hype treadmill and care about the fundamentals. You have battle scars from over-engineered and underperforming slop, and you care about writing code that lasts. Your depth is in building integrations, APIs, and data pipelines that connect complex systems together reliably. Youve worked with enterprise customers, dealt with messy data, conflicting sources of truth, and deduplication challenges. Youve owned integration design decisions end-to-end from scoping requirements with a customer to shipping it to production and making sure it holds up. You may be coming from a health tech company, a scale-up doing enterprise deployments, or a platform team that built the connective tissue between systems what matters is that youve navigated real integration complexity and you want ownership over what you build.
