Account Manager

The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to lead client relationships, manage projects, and drive results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building trust with clients through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and preparation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Translate client goals into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage meetings, set expectations, share updates, and present final work to clients.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to assign tasks and keep projects moving internally.

Key Objectives:
- Client Collaboration and Project Oversight:
• Work with clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
• Utilize meeting notes to ensure accurate documentation and handover to the Marketing Coordinator.
• Review final deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and goals.
• Regularly meet with clients to share progress and review outcomes.
- Relationship Building and Industry Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts to enhance collaboration, improve outcomes, and contribute to long-term success.

Additional Skills Required:
- Strategic Thinking: Understand client goals and collaborate with senior team members to shape big-picture plans that guide execution.
- Verbal & Written Communication: Clearly explain timelines, manage expectations, and present deliverables in a way that builds trust.
- Emotional Intelligence: Navigate client personalities, remain calm under pressure, and maintain professionalism.
- Time Management: Balance meetings, client communication, and planning without compromising deadline-driven deliverables.
- Presentation Skills: Confidently lead client meetings, present results, and represent the agency in a polished manner.

Reporting Relationship and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
This role reports to the Senior Account Manager. Key performance indicators include a Client Satisfaction Score of 9/10 or higher, a Client Retention Rate of 93%+, and a Project Delivery Accuracy rate of 95%+.
