About the role
As a key member of our SAP S/4HANA program, your mission is to design, build, and deploy a world-class security and authorisation framework. You will collaborate with global teams across our Petcare, Snacking, Food, and Corporate segments to create a robust and compliant SAP landscape. You will be one of four new experts responsible for safeguarding our most critical business processes, from manufacturing and finance to R&D and HR.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design & Strategise: Develop and implement a comprehensive SAP Security and GRC framework. You will translate complex business requirements into a robust security design that aligns with industry best practices and protects against emerging threats.
* Build & Implement: Take charge of delivering technical and functional security solutions for S/4HANA and FIORI. This includes managing user provisioning, ensuring segregation of duties (SoD), and aligning the template with the unique needs of each business segment.
* Test & Assure Quality: Lead security testing cycles (SUT, SIT, UAT) to ensure the integrity and resilience of our new systems before they go live.
* Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, and system integrators. You'll act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams to ensure security requirements are met while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Core Qualifications
* Extensive SAP Experience: 10+ years in SAP Security and Authorisations, with a minimum of three full life-cycle implementations in S/4HANA and FIORI.
* Deep Technical Expertise: Proficiency in security design, configuration, and deployment for SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, and SAP MDG.
* Broad Authorisation Knowledge: Strong understanding of authorisation concepts across S/4HANA, BTP, and cloud applications like SuccessFactors and Ariba.
* Compliance Mastery: Deep knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.

* A professional certification such as SAP Certified Technology Professional or SAP Access Control 12.0 is highly desirable.
