Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues to make better decisions. The primary goal of this position is to take large volumes of complex data, extract insights, and help solve problems.
Key responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to get the required data.
* Cleanse and massage data into the shape required, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
* Present and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.
* Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications
* Conduct technical training.
* Maintain and document the operational environment.
* Maintain and process SQL Server SPs and queries.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
* An understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.
* A solid understanding of the concepts involved in modeling relational data.
* Strong analytic skills, with a hands-on approach with the ability to deliver commitments.
* Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
* Experience with ETL of data from a variety of sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (is a plus).
* Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes of the database) and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (is a plus).

Business Intelligence Engineer (BI - Tableau/Sigma) - REMOTE
ITTConnect is seeking Business Intelligence (BI) Engineers who are experienced in Tableau/Sigma and SQL to fill a position with a US-based client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and consulting services present in nearly 50 countries.
As BI Engineer, you will work as part of a team working in a challenging, innovative environment for our client. Investigate, create, and implement the solutions for many technical challenges using cutting edge technologies, including building/enhancing their Data processing platform.
Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
As a BI Engineer, you will build and scale data models, pipelines, and self-service analytics across the organization and highly loaded database solutions for various businesses cases including reporting, product analytics, marketing optimization and financial reporting.
You’ll focus on developing a reliable aggregation layer and reporting structure that meets growing business needs, enabling teams to access and analyze data independently. And contribute as part of self-organized team of experienced data engineers working in a challenging, innovative environment for our client, creating the foundation for decision-making at a company dealing with billions of events per day.
Investigate, create, and implement the solutions for existing technical challenges. Provide guidance, instruction, direction, leadership to a development team with the purpose of achieving project goals.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of IT experience
* University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar.
* 3+ years experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, Data engineering or a similar role
* Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, 3 Nf, data vault)
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau).
* Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Scala.
* Experience building reporting and dash boarding solutions using data lake/Snowflake or similar ecosystem
* Expert in Database fundamentals, SQL and performance tuning
* Experience in maintaining data integrity and reliability by leveraging data quality frameworks and orchestration tools for seamless pipeline execution
* Excellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teamsComfortable working in fast paced environment, self starter and self organizing
* Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information
Nice to have:
* Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
* Experience with modern data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, DataBricks, Redshift)
* Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their data requirements.
Program Manager – Data & Analytics with S4/HANA
It is not necessary to have an open company (PJ).
We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Program Manager with a strong background in Data and Analytics using SAP to lead complex transformation initiatives across our LATAM operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, and experience managing Data & Analytics programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This is a high-impact role requiring strong program management skills, stakeholder engagement, and technical knowledge across SAP modules and cloud platforms. Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programs, including discovery, design, implementations.
* Oversee Data & Analytics initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP B/4 HANA platforms.
* Facilitate design workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution architecture for various functions like OTC, MTI, RTR., etc
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align Data & Analytics solutions with organizational goals.
* Drive data management lifecycle, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
* Engage with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and advise clients on S/4HANA-led supply chain transformations.
* Support business assessments, roadmaps, and project expansion strategies.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of Data & Analytics experience using SAP.
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, B4/HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain capabilities.
* Proven experience in program management within Data & Analytics domains.
* Experience managing Data & analytics implementation on Google Cloud Platform using SAP as data source.
* Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills.
* Proficiency in Portuguese
* Based in Brazil.
