Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate in assisting employees and managers, providing clarifications and addressing requests;
2. Organize uniforms and PPE for delivery during employee onboarding;
3. Check daily attendance records in the system;
4. Register and input data into systems such as employee registration, medical certificates, and other benefits;
5. Assist in disseminating job vacancies and answer candidate queries;
Job Duties:
* Assist in employee and manager support, clarifying doubts and requests;
* Organize HR/Payroll related documents;
* Prepare uniforms and PPE for new employees;
* Verify attendance records daily;
* Input data into systems related to employee registration, certificates, and benefits;
* Help advertise vacancies and address candidate inquiries;
Requirements:
* High school diploma or currently studying Higher Education in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
Desirable Skills:
* Knowledge of payroll routines;
* Basic understanding of labor laws;
* Familiarity with administrative routines;
Mandatory Skills:
* Telephone support;
* Proficiency in MS Office;
* Strong communication skills;
* Driver's license category AB;
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 11:00 and 13:00 to 17:00;
* Saturday: 07:00 to 11:00.
