Job Description
This role involves overseeing the wind farm to ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual responsibilities. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure adherence to all project safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
2. Oversee the coordination of all aspects of the facility's daily operations in a secure and environmentally sustainable way.
3. Coordinate resource availability with relevant departments.
4. Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
5. Participate in on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as scheduled.
6. Work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
7. Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
8. Conduct quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.
2. Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and valid CFT's License.
3. Minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
4. Strong knowledge of WTG O&M contract management.
5. Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.
6. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

1. Engineering degree.
2. MBA degree in project management or related field.
