Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy in LATAM.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include managing key accounts across LATAM, developing and executing territory plans, presenting products to customers, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries
* Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred)
