Business Technical Service Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing exceptional service and support.
You will assist in evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. You will also participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
In this role, you will gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist with documents and maintenance to clients' system environments. You will also participate in release management between the Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on simple project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field;
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development;
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs;
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation;
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
