* Prepare executive-ready presentations with clear narratives and options
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
* Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
* Experience in Customer Service optimization
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge
