Digital Marketing Specialist

The role of Digital Marketing Specialist is to drive high-quality lead generation through the strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts.

* Develop and manage full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to achieve qualified lead generation goals, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI.
* Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads, ensure accurate CRM data integration, and enable effective tracking for conversion optimization.
* Create website content such as landing pages and product listings while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements across the company website and partner platforms to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
* Manage social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content on social media, engaging with audiences, and producing short-form video content to support organic growth, strengthen brand presence, and increase follower engagement.
* Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM dashboards to build weekly reports; analyze performance data to inform campaign strategy and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and optimize digital campaigns based on KPIs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
* Ensure brand consistency across all creative and digital assets.
* Stay up-to-date with luxury travel trends and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Elementor or similar).
* Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or similar), SEO best practices, and analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, UTM, Meta Pixel).
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.), as well as email marketing and marketing automation.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro preferred).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
