Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Customer Success Plans
* Ensure customers derive maximum value from our product and utilize their licenses effectively
* Consult with customers to resolve issues and achieve their goals
* Analyze data to track customer progress and identify areas for improvement
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories
* Resolve escalated client issues promptly by utilizing resources across the company ecosystem
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS
* Customer-facing experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Experience in helping customers deploy and realize the value of our products
* Strong relationships-building skills with senior business and platform stakeholders
* A team player who values feedback, sharing ideas, and continuous improvement
