Customer Management
Includes Customer Operations, Support, LMS & Knowledge management to increase engagement, provide self-serve support routes, deliver better service, reduce costs and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement elegant web-based business solutions that drive growth.
* Collaborate with the Professional Services team on client projects, helping organizations launch PRM or Customer Portal solutions.
* Work closely with Senior Developers on SOW implementation notes.
* Communicate effectively with Client Project Managers to understand needs and technical requirements.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
