Workday Project Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Support business initiatives and enhancement projects.
* Lead and coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
* Develop project plans, resource allocation documents, and schedules.
* Document and validate business requirements and functional designs.
* Analyze data to provide actionable insights.
* Provide Workday configuration expertise to support production issues and enhancements.
* Review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge base.
* Work independently on integrations in the Workday HCM space.
Essential Skills:
* Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module)
* 5+ years' experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles
* Strong Workday setup knowledge and business process understanding
* Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support
