About the Opportunity:
This role involves solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences and delivering intuitive product experiences in dynamic environments.
* Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Design interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability and performance.
* Conduct user research, usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
* Work with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints and customer needs.
* Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
* Stay updated on industry trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software and best practices in product design.
* Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback within the team.
