Sr IT Recruiter
We seek an experienced Sr IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates.
* Maintain data accuracy and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support growth in LATAM and the U.S.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
* Ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
