2. Strong network and expertise within the HR/Recruiting Industry.
3. Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
4. Proactive, solution-oriented mentality, and exceptional analytical skills.
5. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
6. Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps.
7. Ambition to grow with the company long-term, focusing on expanding our client base.
