Let’s start with the role
The Key Account Executive will oversee a segment of high net worth customers in the Brazilian market. With native-level Portuguese language skills, the ideal candidate will proactively target individual customers with tailored actions at their lifecycle stages to drive growth and activity. The role also involves identifying and onboarding new potential Key Accounts, focusing on elevating the customer experience while maintaining a strong commitment to responsible gambling and contributing to overall business success.
As a Key Account Executive, you will:
Oversee the customer segment by monitoring performance and ensuring rewards are offered in line with business requirements.
Identify individual customers and take timely actions based on their lifecycle stage to stimulate growth and activity.
Plan and execute campaigns to enhance high net worth customer activity, monitor results, and report findings.
Assess segment performance at the market level and act on emerging trends.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects related to high-value customers.
Use predictive modeling to identify and onboard potential new key customers.
Develop in-depth customer profiles, including behaviors and preferences.
Ensure compliant communication, including health checks, responsible gambling, and affordability calls.
Collaborate with Compliance, Account Services, and Customer Support to ensure a positive gambling environment.
Represent the voice of Key Accounts, providing feedback and ideas to improve customer experience.
Work on shifts and weekends on a rotation basis.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in a customer-facing role, with key customer service experience as an advantage.
Native-level Portuguese proficiency and excellent English skills.
Strong commercial, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for online gaming, either as a customer or through industry experience.
Responsibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
