Marketing Coordinator Role
A motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator is required to support the smooth execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination. The primary objective of this role is to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces should be accurate and updated daily.
* Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.

* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.
Reporting Relationship: This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
KPIs:
* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
