Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain a commercial Salesforce OEM/ISV application. This role involves building scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components while supporting managed package development and AppExchange distribution. The professional will work directly with US-based clients and collaborate with distributed engineering teams. Core Technical Skills Apex development Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL / SOSL Salesforce Flows Apex Triggers Salesforce data modeling Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable Salesforce application features Build advanced automation using Flows and Apex Maintain and extend managed packages Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and security models Support CI/CD pipelines and release management Implement integrations and data migration processes Collaborate with product managers and client technical teams Required Experience Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC Experience combining declarative configuration and custom development Deep understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models Experience with CI/CD and version control Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills Preferred Experience Experience with managed packages or ISV applications Experience with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud Familiarity with backend systems such as C# or .NET Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Platform App Builder Additional Requirements Professional English communication skills Ability to collaborate with distributed teams
