Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment delivery for client-facing non-technical roles. This role involves facilitating candidate sourcing, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization while leveraging external sourcing channels as needed.

The successful Talent Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end fulfilment for multiple client requirements concurrently
* Conducting talent pool assessments and identifying supply-demand gaps
* Activating external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient
* Oversight of resource planning and capacity management

Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 7–12 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning within IT services, outsourcing, or global staffing environments
* Proven experience in client-side hiring setups and resource & capacity management
* Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (good to have) and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for tracking and reporting
Nice to Have
Prior experience in non-technical recruitment delivery or managing customer-side talent fulfilment would be advantageous. Familiarity with capacity planning tools or reporting dashboards would also be beneficial.
