Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.


You are a reliable, contributing member of a team. In our fast-paced environment, you are expected to adapt, take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services.In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the People Operations team you will deliver transactional and strategic support across the entire human capital lifecycle. As a Specialist you will provide specialized advice and support, maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness while adapting to a rapidly changing environment. Responsibilities

- Provide specialized guidance throughout the human capital lifecycle

- Promote operational efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes

- Adapt to changes in the environment while delivering strategic support

- Collaborate with enablement teams to implement innovative solutions

- Manage data integrity and security for multiple human capital systems

- Support technology implementation and enhancement initiatives

- Analyze and address human resource challenges with tailored solutions

- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth

- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 1 year of experience in administrative support

-- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Bachelor's Degree

- Demonstrating knowledge of Human Capital systems

- Possessing functional knowledge of Workday

- Possessing functional knowledge of Service Now

- Demonstrating attention to precision in data analysis

- Being an iterative thinker in problem-solving

- Supporting stakeholder management with demanding clients

- Creating standard operating procedures and process maps

- Managing a ticket queue and resolving tickets

Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in all of the following areas:

- Provide administrative support;

- Maintain quality control standards compliant with policies;

- Create and maintain process documentation;

- Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Alteryx, Google and other firm sponsored web-based technologies;

- Working with confidential data;

- Managing and tracking progress of multiple tasks;

- Adapting to a rapidly changing environment;

- Identifying and implementing process improvements;

- Providing tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness;

- Possessing research, analytical & troubleshooting skills with an inquisitive nature;

- Escalating issues in a timely & efficient manner to supervisors; and;

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Demonstrates knowledge in maintaining quality control standards

- Creating and maintaining process documentation
