We are looking for a senior-level product design manager to lead our product design process.
This role is perfect for a hands-on design leader who enjoys solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and shipping scalable, intuitive product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.
* Lead the full end-to-end product design process: discovery, research, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
* Work closely with product management and engineering to define requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions.
* Design complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS product interfaces, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
* Partner with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives and technical constraints.
* Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency across all product areas.
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews, critique, and team leadership.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product design, especially in cybersecurity, data tools, or technical SaaS products.
* Expertise with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle).
* Deep knowledge of interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and UX strategy for B2B products.
* Experience working in agile development environments with PMs and engineers.
* Familiarity with design systems, WCAG accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* 8+ years as a product designer or UX/UI designer, with senior-level expertise.
* Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or tools with complex user journeys.
* Understanding of frontend principles (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
* Previous experience working with US-based startups or product teams.
* Experience facilitating workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
