In this position you will be part of the IT Services department in all aspects of network and system administration. Including but not limited to:
* Administration of a fast-developing MS 365 Hybrid environment
* Managing all components of the Microsoft 365 portfolio
* International support of users (local and remotely)
* Managing and improving the live cycle of end-user and server systems
* Keep the company's network secure and operational in terms of infrastructure and security (firewall, switches, access points, proxy)
* Management and optimization of resources and the release of accesses to users according to internal standards and procedures
* Handling Issues of medium and high complexity
* Visiting our international locations (travel activity max. 10%)
* Assistance in maintaining and enhancing information security standards
Why you belong at 4flow
* Completed higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration or an equivalent qualification in the field of Information Technology
* Senior level work experience
* Administration and implementation of Microsoft 365 Hybrid Environments
* Windows and Linux operating systems
* Network administration
* Switch, Firewall and Wireless LAN knowledge
* Experiences in an international environment or in an internationally active company
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office
