Business Development Representative Role
This role plays a crucial part in driving overall pipeline and growth. With advanced sales tactics, you'll contribute significantly to our bottom line while having opportunities to grow into different paths, such as Account Management or Team Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Make high-quality calls daily (80-100 calls)
* Develop leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions
* Understand prospects' needs and initiatives related to our solutions
* Discover new software opportunities through targeted prospecting
* Generate a consistent flow of qualified opportunities each month
* Deliver high-level product presentations to new clients
* Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting and creating opportunities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
* High-energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients
* 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred
* Ambition to grow and build a sales career
* Ability to detect client needs and resonate with their situation
* Positive phone skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
* Salesforce experience is a plus
