Software Developer Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team and design innovative solutions for our evolving CRM requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop customized Salesforce applications tailored to labor resource management, payroll, and human resources;
* Create custom interfaces, advanced workflows, and technical elements within Salesforce to improve user experience;
* Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs;
* Assist with integrations involving third-party APIs and implementation;
* Troubleshoot issues and drive internal communication with stakeholders;
* Liaise with internal teams on technical challenges and guide product roadmap changes;
* Collaborate with the development team to enhance existing architecture and optimize performance for scale;
* Manage and complete Salesforce development deliverables with prioritization of multiple initiatives;
* Establish best practices for code reviews, documentation, and the Salesforce development life cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in programmatic development of Salesforce applications using Apex;
* Background working across various Salesforce clouds (Service, Experience, etc.) and highly experienced with Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs, and Web Services;
* Well-versed in DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and deployment pipelines;
* Architect-level experience preferred, but not required;
* Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, and Platform App Builder are strongly preferred.
