 
        
        Role Focus
As a Graphic Designer, you will produce visually compelling designs across diverse marketing channels, maintaining and evolving our visual identity. This role focuses on creating on-brand advertising campaigns, presentation templates, brand guidelines, digital assets, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Design and Production: Create compelling graphics and creative assets for integrated marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns, social media, email, presentations, digital content, and events.
 * Brand Consistency: Support and evolve our visual design system and brand guidelines, maintaining templates, design libraries, and visual standards across internal and external communications.
 * Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with embedded marketing designers, copywriters, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and consistent brand execution across teams.
 * Presentation and Asset Development: Develop polished, professional, end-to-end presentation templates that minimize the need for end-user customization (Google Slides, PowerPoint); and creation of other marketing collateral that clearly communicate brand messaging and positioning.
 * Market and Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative quality, innovation, and execution speed.
Requirements
 * 9+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in technology, AI, SaaS, or similar industries.
 * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
 * Strong working knowledge of presentation tools (Google Slides and PowerPoint). Deep understanding of master slides, theme building, and layout systems in both platforms.
 * Experience leveraging generative AI tools for design (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creative output and efficiency.
 * Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and integrated marketing principles.
 * Demonstrated experience with design systems, brand guidelines, and visual identity management across diverse channels.
 * Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Self-motivated, proactive learner comfortable working remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
 * Proven experience designing client-facing presentations, such as pitch decks and sales materials, with a focus on clear visual storytelling, data visualization, and adherence to brand standards.
Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience designing within AI, tech, or rapidly scaling startup environments.
 * Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or AI-driven motion tools.
 * Portfolio showcasing integrated marketing campaigns, presentation materials (powerpoint and/or google slides), and consistent brand execution across channels.
 * Familiarity with global and multi-audience brand challenges.
