Role : IT Software License Specialist
Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)
Contract Duration : 6 Months+ (with a possibility of extension)
Work Hours : UST Time
Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team under Enterprise Architecture and help drive license compliance, cost optimization, and effective software governance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze software usage to identify underutilized licenses and cost-saving opportunities
Manage license tracking, entitlements, and usage across systems
Support internal / external software audits and license compliance
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and license procurement
Work with SAM tools (ServiceNow) and vendor software portals
Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Requirements
14 years of relevant experience
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred (IT / CS or related)
Strong understanding of software licensing and SAM methodologies
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management preferred
