As a seasoned project leader, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning to execution and completion. Your primary focus will be on building and managing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, client-facing position that requires someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving. You will partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira). As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will provide clear updates and drive alignment across teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion
• Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
• Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
• Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
• Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
• Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
