Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and evolution of our IT service management platform, ServiceNow. This individual will be responsible for taking hands-on architectural decisions, guiding and supervising external partners in development and application management, and directly contributing to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
The ServiceNow Technical Expert will consult and guide on architectural and configuration decisions across a broad range of modules including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, custom apps integrations and more ensuring that our platform meets the needs of a modern integrated IT landscape.
* Make hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development
* Guide supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development application management
* Perform configuration development administration tasks within ServiceNow
