Primary Responsibilities
'-Provides support on Contract Reporting process. Normal reporting & specific requirements from Leadership.
* Strong Data Analyst (analysis, visualization, build dashboards, reporting. Automations to leverage techno & process efficiencies is a plus) with PM skills to prioritize.
* Information is on Contracting Metrics (timeframes, workflow volumes, type of agreement, status, key contract terms, others).
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
* Demonstrating strong data management capabilities, including data collection, analysis, and visualization—such as building dashboards and reports, as well as using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Alteryx (which is nice to have).
* Experience working with large, complex datasets and distilling them into insights suitable for executive presentation.
* Experience building and maintaining data models to support reporting and analytics.
* Leveraging technology to improve and automate processes to increase efficiency and contracting experience for our teams.
* Understanding of business process improvement and project management;
* Working independently and efficiently with a user experience-minded focus to ensure a smooth contract reporting process with a focus on a continuous improvement mindset.
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives.
* Communicating both written and verbally with team members, especially as it relates to truthful information in a clear and concise manner and, taking direction from, and providing frequent feedback to, team members and leaders;
* Building and maintaining relationships at all levels by collaborating directly with stakeholders across various segments and platforms.

* Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
* Correct Information Security Management
Requirements
Experience: 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally as a Business Intelligence Analyst in a global company.
Education: Bachelor's degree. Indistinct field.
Languages: English advanced level (both written & verbal).
Technical skill:Advanced proficiency in Power BI; Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets modeling; Alteryx is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent project management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks, and effective communication and presentation skills for collaboration with partners and leadership
