Retail area is responsible for the relationship with the retail clients. As a Retail Account Intern, you will support the team to continuously develop market insights, to prospect for new clients/markets, to grow business relationships, and make sure we are delivering high quality data to the clients.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the team in managing relationships with retailers, ensuring timely delivery of all required data to support business needs.Validate and check accuracy of reports and retailer data, helping maintain data integrity across systems and analyses.Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and actionable insights for meetings with retailers and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to projects that drive business growth.Help monitor and organize data workflows, ensuring processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve reporting, insights, and client engagement.Learn and apply analytical tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making.At Circana, lateral, promotional, and cross-functional moves are encouraged and part of our culture. While your initial role will be in one of these groups, you'll have the chance to grow your career both within your initial assignment and into other opportunities that align with your career goals.RequirementsPursuing a bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field with a quantitative component, expecting to graduate until December 2028.Academic knowledge/coursework in finance, economics, data science, statistics, marketing or marketing analytics, data visualization, and/or logic is preferred.Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking ability, relentless attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, ability to work collaboratively on a team, etc.Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus but not essential. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.)Technology aptitude and willingness to learn and work on new solutions and platforms.Creative problem-solving skills, ability to frame a business problem, design and execute an analysis plan, and understand and synthesize data findings into business insights and translate into creative data visualizations.Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is considered a plus.Circana BehaviorsAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
