- Lead shared services company in the payment process
- Responsible for the Account Payables reconciliation
- Responsible for preparing the monthly/ quarterly cash figures and assist in monthly/quarterly close and reporting requirements
- Identify the key drivers for variances to plan and forecast
- Ensure compliance with Corporate accounting practices and procedures and internal controls
- Ability to influence others and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
- Direct continuous improvement programs to drive process excellence & adherence
- Act fast on financial issues to be resolved quickly.
- Make regular follow up on any pending that impact the payments
- Support external and internal audit
