💼 About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IntelliMatch (DIM) Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of our reconciliation platform. This role combines architectural ownership with hands-on technical expertise, playing a key role in delivering scalable and efficient reconciliation solutions across global banking systems.You will act as a technical authority, guiding development, support, and functional teams while ensuring best practices, performance, and architectural integrity.🔧 Key Responsibilities- Define and own end-to-end architecture for IntelliMatch (DIM) solutions- Lead hands-on development, including configurations, enhancements, and automation- Design and implement SQL-based reconciliation logic and workflows- Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices- Drive integration strategies between IntelliMatch and upstream/downstream systems- Act as technical lead during delivery, ensuring quality across implementation, testing, and release- Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and solution planning- Analyze existing systems to identify performance and architectural improvements- Maintain detailed architecture documentation and design artifacts✅ Must-Have (Non-Negotiable Skills)- ✔ IntelliMatch (DIM) experience (Version 20+)- ✔ Strong hands-on experience in IntelliMatch architecture & development- ✔ Advanced SQL / MS SQL Server expertise- ✔ Experience in reconciliation / financial systems- ✔ Ability to work hands-on + architect-level⭐ Good to Have- Experience with PowerShell / Python scripting- Exposure to Azure / cloud platforms- Experience with JIRA / Agile methodologies- Banking or financial services domain experience🎓 Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering- 10+ years of experience in IntelliMatch (DIM) or similar reconciliation platforms- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
