About the Role
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Project Delivery:
* Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Agile Project Management:
* Configure sprints, backlogs, and work items within Microsoft DevOps for transparency and alignment with Agile methodologies.
* Track and manage user stories and epics.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
