Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies and ensuring smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Scrum and Agile frameworks
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience with applications hosted in cloud environments
* Advanced proficiency in English language
* Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally 2-3 years
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple teams and Scrum calls simultaneously
* Good understanding of consumer retail business
* Proficiency in Jira
