Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking IT Specialist to join our team.

* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment is necessary.
About the Role:
This position will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Servicing as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests is key to this role.
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms is also an important responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
Working Hours:
The operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST.
