Scrum Master Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce Commerce Cloud teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and define sprint goals
