Activities:
* Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the type and amount of work needed.
* Prepare materials and surfaces for finishing.
* Paint steel and aluminum parts.
* Pay attention to work orders.
* Ensure surface correction through sanding and applying fine filler.
* Analyze and prepare paints for surface painting.
* Perform polishing and retouching of painted surfaces, and maintain equipment.
Requirements:
* Complete elementary education.
* Experience with electrostatic painting.
* Skill in spray gun painting and handling automatic equipment (robots).
* Physical ability to handle parts.
* Teamwork spirit.
* Attention to detail in finishes.
