We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will Translate user and business needs into clear, detailed, ready‑to‑build requirements for the squad. Define and document benefit hypotheses and testable acceptance criteria for backlog items. Write high‑quality user stories and acceptance criteria using BDD/Gherkin, user‑centric thinking, and the INVEST framework. Use quantitative data (SQL and product analytics) to influence product decisions and support PO‑approved plans. Partner with the Product Owner to ensure backlog alignment with business priorities, keeping work organized 2–3 sprints ahead. Ensure all features meet DoR and DoD, enabling smooth sprint execution. Lead and facilitate refinement sessions, clarify scope, dependencies, and remove uncertainty for the squad. Collaborate with the Scrum Master to track team capacity, support rituals, and refine Definition of Ready/Done. Identify and manage interdependencies across products and teams, working with PO and Product Manager. Map business processes, document workflows, and create authoritative references for stakeholders. Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with PO, SM, QA, and engineering to resolve them. Communicate risks and impediments, supporting trade‑off decisions and ROAM‑based discussions. Support system demos, UAT activities, test script preparation, and alignment with end users when needed. Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst. Strong knowledge of product and industry best practices. Excellent written and verbal technical English ; able to produce clear documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills and solid understanding of customer journeys and experience design. Intermediate SQL for ad‑hoc queries and data analysis. Experience managing product backlogs, release planning, metrics tracking, and removing delivery blockers. Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience with large BPM solutions and business/process modeling. Strong understanding of business processes and high‑quality digital product delivery. Demonstrated leadership working with cross-functional, self‑organizing teams. Ability to work in complex, fast‑changing environments, adapting quickly to shifting priorities. Comfortable delivering high‑quality work amid ambiguity and uncertainty. Advocates and fosters a data‑driven culture, focused on measurable outcomes and business agility. Willingness to challenge assumptions and propose innovative, constructive ideas. Bachelor’s degree (BA). Desirable Skills Certifications such as IIBA, PSPO, or CSPO (especially valuable if the candidate may act as an ad‑hoc deputy Product Owner). Experience with advanced business process modeling or enterprise‑level BPM tools. Experience working in large, globally distributed organizations. > > What do we offer?
