As a seasoned technology expert, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates' technical skills and problem-solving abilities. You will conduct structured interviews online across various technology roles, assessing coding skills, design principles, architecture, and overall fit.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in one or more domains (Java Developers, Python Developers, .NET Developers, C++ Developers, JavaScript / Frontend Developers, Full-Stack Developers)
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training is preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations
