Day-to-day tasks will involve:
* Designing and implementing customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering)
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks
* Integrating advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar
* Applying advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis
This challenging and rewarding role requires a strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You should have +5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist and possess expertise in AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
