Full Spectrum Search Group is a national healthcare recruiting firm focused on post-acute and senior care leadership, including skilled nursing, senior living, home health, and hospice.
We are hiring a Researcher / Data Specialist to build and maintain the data that drives our recruiting and business development efforts. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring our team is consistently reaching the right people with accurate, actionable information.
This is not a passive data entry position. Your work directly influences the speed, quality, and success of every search we run.

The Role
You sit at the front end of every search. Before outreach happens, before conversations begin, your work determines whether we are targeting the right people.
Your responsibility is straightforward:
Deliver accurate, complete, and usable data that allows the team to execute at a high level.
You will work closely with recruiters and leadership to build targeted datasets, refine search strategies, and maintain clean systems across all platforms.
What You Will Own
Data Sourcing and Market Research
* Build targeted lists of candidates and client contacts using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HireEZ, Crelate, Whitepages, Google, and other tools
* Identify key decision-makers through company websites, industry associations, and market research
* Execute custom search strategies based on specific role requirements
* Continuously expand and refine target lists to improve outreach effectiveness
Data Accuracy and System Management
* Maintain clean, structured, and up-to-date data across Crelate, Outplay, and internal tracking systems
* Identify incomplete, outdated, or incorrect data and fix it proactively
* Ensure all records are usable for outreach with minimal additional work required
* Monitor data quality and flag gaps that could impact recruiting efforts
Execution and Output
* Deliver high-volume, high-quality data without sacrificing accuracy
* Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact across multiple active searches
* Maintain organized workflows and clear tracking of progress
* Consistently meet deadlines and production expectations
Team Support and Coordination
* Partner with recruiters to understand search priorities and adjust sourcing accordingly
* Communicate clearly when additional direction, clarification, or support is needed
* Contribute to overall team efficiency by delivering reliable, ready-to-use data

Ideal Background
* Experience in research, data entry, recruiting coordination, or similar roles
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Crelate or similar platforms
* Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or HireEZ
* College degree preferred but not required
