Requirements:
* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or similar roles
* A robust network within the HR/Recruiting industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* Proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Skill in identifying business opportunities and market gaps
