Senior Project Leadership
Collaborate with key infrastructure stakeholders and business partners in defining project scope, interpreting requirements and priorities, and leading modernization and transformation of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive project management decisions, governance, and long-term vision.
* Analyze divisional business requirements and translate into technical deliverables organized as Executive Milestones (In/Out of Scope).
* Develop expert 'As Is' knowledge of platform systems and help define 'To Be' system solutions and flows.
* Understand infrastructure requirements and deployment of solutions for On-Prem and Cloud Computing service models.
* Ensure coordination of teams to drive timely completion of deliverables of large projects.
* Manage project financials, including resource allocations supporting a project's schedule.
