Senior Scrum Master - Customer Data Ecosystem
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure the smooth operation of our workflows.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for customer data ecosystem teams.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
* Couch team members on Agile principles and practices.
You will work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. Additionally, you will track team performance metrics such as velocity and burndown, working to improve productivity and efficiency.
Senior Scrum Masters in this role foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging adoption of Agile best practices.
