To that end, Amazon is seeking a person to provide strategic and tactical leadership over maintenance, repair and vendor management operations to support the Fulfillment Center business across the Brazilian market.

Key job responsibilities
The Regional Maintenance Manager will manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously as well as influence, negotiate and develop relationships at all levels of the organization.
Additionally, they must be a highly skilled vendor management professional.
Responsibilities Include: Supplier relationship managementManage operational relationships with third parties, delivery station support teams and internal operations business partnersIdentify opportunities to improve costs and efficiencies with our vendorsProvide input and execute standard operational proceduresDemonstrated ability to indirectly influence external service providers to successful outcomesCommitted to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledgeDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business casesAbility to clearly communicate data insights to others and execute positive changeDemonstrated ability to dive deep using root cause analysis to eliminate maintenance problemsIdentify savings opportunities, better partnerships to leverage industry best practices, creating greater efficiencies through partnerships and technology innovations, etc.Manage vendor relationships and establish yourself as a primary business contact for key suppliersTravel 50-75%, based on business needs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSReliability Program Manager or equivalent experienceBachelor's degreeWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysExperience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and OfficeFluent English SkillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSTeam management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/customer relations experienceExperience with preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & roboticsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
