Your specific responsibilities will include:Developing and testing new features for our open source UI and REST client librariesDesigning and deploying interactive dashboards and alerts for monitoring customer integrationsEngaging with clients to address technical inquiries regarding our servicesAssisting customers in integrating our JavaScript UI and REST client libraries into their existing codebasesValidating customer data to ensure the accuracy and quality of results generated by our servicesStaying informed about our products and services to provide effective support and aid in triaging issuesCollaborating with other teams to prioritize and address customer requirements and needsAbout UsConstructor powers product search and discovery for some of the largest retailers in the world, like Sephora and Petco.
